Brian graduated with a BE (Aerospace) at UNSW in Sydney, Australia in 2004 and is a current P. Eng. and PMP. He brings over 15 years of experience in project and organizational management in various roles in aerospace and construction; including Design Manager, and Engineering Lead (C130-MTP and Q400-MMA projects) at Cascade Aerospace, and Project Manager at View Glass.

In addition to ensuring the firms gears are running smoothly, Brian has a passion for land use policy, urban design, and development feasibility analysis.

Brian became an AIBC/EGBC Certified Professional in 2024.

Darren has been a long-time member of the firm, joining what was then PJ Lovick Architect in 1998, with a stint working overseas in New Zealand. Darren received his Diploma in Architectural Drafting in 1997 from Kwantlen University.

Darren has led a diverse portfolio of projects spanning multi-family , industrial, office, and retail. Darren’s passion for managing projects extends to the company social calendar in organizing LSA’s annual ski trip, the company monthly summer BBQs, and his hockey coaching duties.

Jude received his Diploma in Architectural Technologist in 1980 in Sri Lanka. Jude joined LSA in 2005 and has a total of over 30 years of experience in the Lower Mainland encompassing high-rise and low-rise multi-family, and commercial.

On any given day, he will be found around the office guiding the design team on how to solve the complex design challenges we come across throughout the office.

Shelley has been with the firm for over 15 years and keeps the office running like a well-oiled machine. She will be the first friendly face that will greet you if you stop by our office, or the friendly voice you will hear if you call.

Ali completed his Bachelor of Architecture from BRAC University, Dhaka, in 2017. After working for four months at a local firm, he moved to Vancouver in 2018 to pursue a Master of Advanced Studies in Architecture at the University of British Columbia (UBC), graduating in December 2020.

Since 2021, Ali has been working as an Intern Architect AIBC with experience in residential, restaurants, and tenant improvement projects; and has been a strong addition to the LSA restaurant division since 2023. He also has a keen interest in construction innovation, particularly prefabrication, which he explores as a hobby in his free time.

Denzelle graduated from BCIT with a certificate in Architectural CADD and Graphics Technician. She joined the team in 2023 and has been steadily gaining experience working in our restaurant division.

Denzelle's passion for creativity applies to both her professional and leisure time. During her free time, you will often find her in-front of a sketchbook or canvas indulging her love for drawing and painting.

Nareman has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Eastern Mediterranean University (CACB Certified) and a Master of Construction Management from BCIT.

Nareman’s value to a project is driving execution to the project schedule and ensuring rigorous coordination between the construction and consultant teams to keep projects on-budget. He has demonstrated the ability time and time again to manage high volumes of work to aggressive schedules.

Anna Chen received her Bachelor of Technology in Architectural Science in 2006 from BCIT.

Anna joined the firm in 2006 and over the years has accumulated broad design experience spanning multi-family residential, restaurants, and industrial.

Jo graduated with a Masters of Arts in Architectural Design in 2002 and a Masters of Architecture in 2004 from the University of Edinburgh. She is our in-house restaurant design expert and has completed dozens of new-build and renovation designs for customers including McDonald's, Tim Hortons, and Wendy's.

Oksana is the accounting administrator at LSA and is responsible for the financial well-being of the company. Oksana keeps the entire office in line on project budgets, monthly billing and time management. You don't want to be the person with Oksana standing at their desk at the end of the month.
